Pulido Transport, L.P. welcomes Rudy Hernandez as its new Houston dispatcher. Rudy joins from PLS Logistics Services where, as a broker, he focused on coordinating freight shipments directly with the customer and driver. Prior to PLS, he worked with C and C Trucking of Texas as a dispatcher and driver.
