Pulido Transport remembers Martin Luther King Jr.

Houston, TX – January 15, 2018

Pulido Transport remembers the leader of the African-American Civil Rights Movement, Martin Luther King Jr. on this day.  Through his use of nonviolent civil disobedience, King advanced civil rights and, for his efforts, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize,  Presidential Medal of Freedom and Congressional Gold Medal.  His efforts resulted in advancing the ideals of America.  It’s good to remember on this day King’s words, “Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere.  We are caught in an inescapable network of mutuality, tied in a single garment of destiny. Whatever affects one directly, affects all indirectly.”
